We have lots of native breeds of horses and ponies in the U.K. We have filmed some of these breeds at our riding school in Hebden Bridge, we hope that you enjoy the film!

In November every year there is a ten day horse fair in a town called Golega. Golega is a town dedicated to the horse and is situated in central Portugal, this fair has been going on for over 500 years! Crafty Ponies visited the fair and here is some of the action! The horses that you see in the fim are mainly Lusitanos, a breed very similar to the Spanish horses that we breed!

When we were developed the kits here at our riding school in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire we asked some of the parents of the riders if they would take a kit home to try. We specifically asked for NON-SEWERS to see if the kit and instructions were clear to read and easy to make. These first non-sewers also had NO video step-by step instructions as we had not filmed them yet! See how they got on!
